Animals at Obereggerhof Farm in South Tyrol, Italy

Beastly good: The residents of Obereggerhof

The Obereggerhof farm is the caring home of many animals: Calves, sheep, rabbits and cats, chickens and "Max" the rooster all live on the farm. The two donkeys, "Charly" and "Waschtl" are close friends who sometimes turn up the volume, whereas the farm duck splashes around in his own small duck pool.

Richard, the neighbor to Obereggerhof, has goats. Guests can visit him in the evening when he's milking or buy goat cheese from his small shop. If you want, you can help own Stefan Gasser milk the cows every morning and evening at that Braundornerhof farm. The cattle farm owned by the Gasser Family is just a ten minute drive from the Obereggerhof.
