Pricing

The base rate is for 2 people per night. For each additional person 20 € per night will be charged.

The rate assumes a stay of more than 4 nights. For shorter stays, the final cleaning will be charged with 30€.
The price includes the use of: bed linen, towels and bath towels, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, satellite TV, radio, electricity, heating, water, internet - wifi, and the final cleaning (for stays over 4 days ) and all taxes.

Discounts

Children up to the 14th birthday will be charged 15€ per night.
We provide you equipment for small children, free of charge.

Payment

We prefer the payment with cash.

Arrival and Departure

On arrival, the holiday apartments / rooms are available from 14 o'clock. On departure day we ask you kindly to vacate your apartments till 10 o'clock.

As arrival and departure day, we prefer Saturday.

On Sunday, a check is only possible from 18 o'clock, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Booking

Please note: Bookings will apply at a payment of a deposit (booking freezing) and the authentic transmission of the booking confirmation. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel.

For confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 200 € per apartment per week.

Community residence

We are committed to collect a community residence tax of 2,10€ per person and night for all persons over 14 years.

Cancellation Protection

We look forward to your holiday, but until the arrival or during your holiday lots can happen.
Up to 3 months prior to arrival you can cancel free of charge.

From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 4 nights from the tour price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee 100% of the price.
